Safety

Safety is our first concern. First, our system knows every participant on the system through their account and our continual vetting process and vetting algorithms. Second, we have a patented 911 system which records a video and voice recording of any situation from your mobile device which is of concern to our participants. LiquidsX has a zero-tolerance policy for anyone who has been documented and verified in our 911 system to cause a problem.

Policies

All virtual liquids purchases and sales must abide by the laws of the country and must maintain trust and respect of all people. No video chat or texting while driving; Deliveries must be on-time, you have a contract to use it or lose it unless you are able to reverse your transaction on the exchange with the same virtual liquids hubs. If a seller is late, the buyer may be reimbursed at the then current market rate. If a buyer is late, the seller may keep the market rate. Be on time.

Payment

Since we are a market, not a service, we recommend using debit cards or wires with your accounts to keep the financial service transaction costs free or minimal. We want you to keep as much of your money as possible. While we recommend debit cards, we do accept all forms of payment. If you do choose to use a credit card, your balance on LiquidsX will be increased by your purchase amount less the applicable credit card processing fees. LiquidsX charges 5% per trade for buyer and seller. The balance is transferred from buyer to seller through the LiquidsX bid-offer market system.

Price

We are a market, not a liquids service. We charge 25 cents per transaction as an exchange fee, then the buyers bid pays the seller the balance through the LiquidsX system. LiquidsX empowers people, not a company. Most users will save dollars per bbl as an average annual saving rate compared to your current method of transportation or capacity.
